Parametric optimization of the CJFET Buffer Amplifier with Low Offset Voltage within the Range of Low Temperature

A new design of a buffer amplifier (BA) on complementary junction field-effect transistors (CJFET) is investigated and optimized for practical use as a part of IP modules and analog ICs operating in severe conditions (exposure to low temperatures and penetrating radiation). The optimal parameters of the BA elements are chosen in the LTspice simulation software, with low temperature models CJFET were creating and using multi-criteria optimization algorithm NSGA-II from the DEAP library. Besides, the offset voltage of the BA is selected as a priority parameter to be improved with limit on current consumption. It is important, for example, for constructing operational amplifiers (OA) with current negative feedback.
