EXODEVICE: Continuous Perfusion Large Scale Exosome Cultivation Bioreactor

This paper aims to introduce the development and the realization of a new and large-scale cell factory device, and its components. The device comprehends a closed in-line incubated adherence culture bed with a feeding and conditioning system realizing on-line exosomes collection and concentration. Field tests show advantages in cellular growth due to the in-line (continuous) feeding and conditioning of the culture medium.
