Food Simulation on the Basis of Data Collection Research

Dishes is regarded the final presentation form of cooking. Sensor and image technology are used to collect and manage data in the external form of dishes, mainly involving style, color, and changes in the process of cooking. The artificial (taste) evaluation verification of dishes is also established to obtain a complete form of description and actual evaluation of food and dishes, thereby forming data simulation of varied cooking technology and food, and controlling the quality of finished food dishes by computer to achieve the whole process of cooking process simulation and design.
