Optimal Design of Ultra-Thin Seats Based on Ergonomics

In this paper, the optimum design of airplane seat is carried out, combined with ergonomics, the parameters of comfortable sitting posture of human body are inversed and analyzed. The equations of coccyx and lumbar vertebrae were established, and the fitting equation of the center line of seat backrest was obtained. After establishing the physiological evaluation model, the stress of the seat is analyzed by ANSYS software, and the pressure effect diagram of the seat is obtained. The thickness of the seat in the sitting position joint, front leg, back waist and other parts is determined to be 6 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm and 3 cm, respectively.
