Monitoring Sake Brewing Processes with Compact Wireless Sensors

This paper shows the results of monitoring Japanese sake brewing processes utilizing IoT technologies. A monitoring system used in this work includes compact wireless sensors. By using the wireless sensors, all the koji/moromi temperatures and their environment can be monitored. The system was practiced for all the products of this year in a brewery. Especially, the results show that the system enables to monitor inside a koji box which cannot be monitored by our previously proposed system.
