Using AHP Method In Determining Hospital for Caesarean Section in South Tangerang

The hospitals as one of the public services, provide services to help patients with diverse needs, one of which is Section Caesarea. It is defined as a cleavage to give birth to the fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall, for mother who has high risky in delivering a birth, such as diabetics, pre-eclampsia and etc. The purpose of the study is to help pregnant women who had to give birth to a caesarean surgery choosing the right hospital. To find out which hospital in South Tangerang is suitable based on the price, service, facilities, and location, the method used by the authors is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is chosen because it is capable of selecting alternatives from several alternatives based on predefined criteria and sub-criteria. The result of this research is service criteria have the highest weight and Permata Pamulang Hospital gets the first rank as the best hospital in South Tangerang for Section Caesarea.
