Verification of Inductive-Coupling-Based CMOS Biosensor Focusing on Dielectric Loss of $\beta$-Dispersion for Detecting Exosomes Through Electromagnetic Simulation

In this paper, we present inductive-coupling-based CMOS biosensor focusing on dielectric loss of β-dispersion for detecting exosomes. In order to detect exosomes, we focused on dielectric loss of β-dispersion and utilized the frequency band in which β-dispersion occurs. To validate the operation of the proposed biosensor, electromagnetic simulation was performed. It was confirmed that the dielectric loss varies depending on the type and concentration of dielectrics, which demonstrates a possibility to detect dielectrics and distinguish differences in concentration.
