Characteristics Analysis of Two Slots on a Metal Case with an Inside Folded Dipole Antenna

In wireless communication devices, efficient arrangement of antennas is required along with the miniaturization of devices. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of heat resistance etc., it is necessary to mount an antenna inside a metal case instead of resin or plastic. However, if the antenna is completely surrounded by metal, it will not radiate for the communication. In this paper, we consider that maintaining the communication of the IoT device installed in the metal case by loading a folded dipole antenna in the metal case of the IoT device with two slots.
