Simulation Analysis of the Unloading Process of Material Suction and Exhaust Truck Based on Euler Double Fluid Model

The simulation analysis of the unloading process of the material suction and exhaust truck is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of material unloading. This paper takes a certain type of powder material suction and exhaust tank as the research object, and adopts Euler model to establish the material-air dual fluid model. The 3D fluidization model and 2D fluidization model of the tank were established by using ANSYS FLUENT as the simulation platform. The separation solver is used for transient solution. The process of material suction and discharge is simulated. The simulation results show that the double Euler model is suitable for the simulation of the unloading process of the suction and discharge truck, and the material in the tank is fluidized evenly.
