The Study of the Effect of Nitrogen-containing Derivatives of Bromantanum on Physical Performance in the Experiment

The aim of this work was to study the effect of nitrogen-containing derivatives of frame hydrocarbons, in particular, structural analogs of bromantane and chlodantane on the physical performance of mice. Physical performance was studied using running on a treadmill after a single and seven-day administration. It was shown for the first time that an increase in physical performance for the studied compounds is manifested to a greater extent with a single injection; a seven-day administration does not increase performance. It was also found that the LD50 for the studied derivatives of bromantanum and chlodantan was large 1000 mg/kg.
