Abstract:
It is known that the structure of the wall of arterial, venous, and lymphatic capillaries, as well as the state of the interstitial intercellular matrix, have a significant influence on microcirculatory transport. The interaction of the components involved in the system is an important basis for maintaining homeostasis in terms of physiologically occurring processes. Changes in the structural and functional properties can be a trigger for disturbed fluid balance, the emergence and development of a number of pathological processes, syndromes and diseases.
