Development of Human Mashine Interface for an Electromyogram Recorder

Development of a manipulator hardware-software module, the working models of which repeat certain of human actions. Control algorithms for the human machine interface (HMI) for an electromyogram (EMG) and electrocardiograms (ECG) recording device, receiving the signals from human muscles. Muscle tissue, as a bioenergy system, is considered as an electric generator. Technical solutions are described and the optimal operation of the UART registers is calculated. An algorithm for processing the UART interface interruptions is presented. A virtual device (VD) has been developed in the LabView software for recording and visualizing measurement information. The model has controlled inputs and allows assessing the performance of designed mobile electronics, in particular the muscle signal recorders for bionic prostheses. A series of measurement experiments has been conducted with the EMG, ECG signals in the presence of noise; the output to a personal computer in graphical form on the VD front panel. The interaction of the antagonistic and protagonistic muscle has been evaluated at various loads.
