The Model of Knowledge Base Quality Control with Assessment

Software systems that support formalized knowledge-based decision-making require control of knowledge to ensure their quality. In order to improve formalized knowledge and keep it up to date, it is proposed to use many practical tasks when their correct solutions become known. Among them will be those for which only an inaccurate solution or even an incorrect solution could be obtained using the knowledge base. Using these precedents the knowledge base should be retrained. The method of knowledge base improvement based on such precedents has been considered. The algorithm is proposed and demonstrated on the example of correction of temporal KB of medical diagnostics.
