Demonstration of Production System and Automation Controller for Industrial 4.0 using PLC

This paper presents the design and implementation of production system demonstration for industrial 4.0 controlled by using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The developed production system operate and monitor the real-time process by touch screen and smartphone. The program of GT Designer 3 and GOT Mobile connect to provide the PLC which is FX5U model via GX Works 3 program for design program. The experimental results is automatically control of the demonstration which is satisfactory based on a controlled touchscreen as well as a smartphone. Furthermore, the controller system can display the process of real-time during running PLC.
