Pedagogical Conditions of Formation of Professional Competences of Specialists in the Sphere of Electrical Engineering

The paper is devoted to the actual problem of formation of professional competencies of specialists in the field of electrical engineering. The basic components of professional competencies and fundamentals of training are considered. Described applications of the super-subject approach and pedagogical basis for training specialists in the field of electrical engineering. The proposed pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional values of future specialists in the field of electrical engineering, namely: the use of competency-based approach, the formation of professional culture of the specialist in electrical engineering and the implementation of the principle of integration with other engineering and social areas.
