Novel Perovskite-Based Devices

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite attracts huge interests due to its outstanding properties. Here, three kinds of perovskite devices have been developed, including resistive switching memory, position-dependent photodetector and graphene-perovskite hybrid phototransistor. The resistive switching memory shows extremely low operating current and synaptic characteristics. The position-dependent photodetector could realize millimeter-scale detectivity. The phototransistor reaches the peak photoresponsivity of 600 A/W and shows great stability in ambient environment in 75 days. These results demonstrated that both 3D single crystals and 2D flakes of perovskites can be used for many fields, especially for electronic and opto- electronic device applications.
