Welcome Message from the ITMS'2019 Organizational Committee

We are very pleased to welcome our colleagues - young scientists and researchers from ten countries to the 2019 60th International Scientific Conference on Information Technology and Management Science of Riga Technical University (ITMS), held in Riga, Latvia, 10 - 11 October 2019. The Information Technology is progressing and exploring new horizons, fundamentally transforming our society in recent decades. ITMS is an international scientific conference of the Information Technology Institute of Riga Technical University focusing on the application of information technology in decision-making and management science with particular emphasize on data and computationally intensive modelling and decision-making methods. The ITMS annual meeting offers a unique opportunity to gather and network with colleagues from Information Technology and Management fields of science in an effort to promote and encourage cross-fertilization of technologies and ideas.
