Abstract:
Project-Oriented learning has been a popular approach for imparting practical knowledge among the students. But its high time that we focus not only on technical and practical knowledge but also on impersonal skills of the students. Integration of non-technical skills has become highly important to meet the industry expectations. Thus, projects need to be studied on both factors, so that students can focus not only developing technical skills but also learning managerial skills to work with their team members in a constructive manner. In this paper we have made a project-oriented skill extractor which not only extracts the technical skills but also the non-technical skills that are required for completion of a particular project.
