Teaching Research on Computer Programming based on Cultivation of Computational Thinking

Computer programming is one of compulsory courses for science and engineering majors in colleges and universities, and C language is one of the most common programming language. In view of teaching problems of traditional programming course, for example, the concepts are abstract and difficult to understand for students, and students are lack of logical thinking of programming, this paper introduced the concept of computational thinking, analyzed how to integrate computational thinking into teaching contents of computer programming course, and flipped classroom teaching method was discussed too. The teaching practice showed that good teaching effects were achieved.
