Al/n-ZnO /n+MoS2/p-Si/Ag Heterojunction Solar Cell Based on Pyro-Piezo-Photovoltaics Effect

The present works of n-Zn O/MoS
₂
heterostructure device explored on pyro-phototronic effect has been a promising solution for the highperformance solar cell. Pyroelectric polarizations are induced by changing temperatures across the material due to a distribution of pyroelectric potential at the ZnO layer. The pyroelectric charges effectively control barrier width acrosstheZnO-MoS
₂
intermediate region and renovate the electric field. The piezotronics effect of piezoelectric polarization charges used to tune the generation of the electron-hole pairs, and separation of charge carriers at the interface even low illumination condition. As such coupling of piezo and pyroelectricnanogenerator effect has been found to the promote high-efficiency solar cell. Temperature variation across two different material and intonation of the energy band due to piezo-band adjustment charges were helped to improve the generating rate. This physical simulation modeling providesa road map for the design and development of the multifunctional photovoltaic device. As aexperimental, that the open circuit Voltage (Voc) and Short circuit current density (Jsc) of the proposed solar cell as 1.24V]., 31.22[mA/cm

] respectively. The developed solar cell model can be a suitable candidate for environmentally and self-powered technology.
