Framework for Building Data Flow Diagramm Based Applications

Universal solutions are not always convenient, especially in construction and engineering practice. Therefore, the objective was set to create a program for autogenerating program code using a simple visual model. Data flow diagram, which agrees well with the well-known architecture of pipes and filters was selected as a tool for representing the engineering problem. It allowed developing a web application for building a software project in the style of pipes and filters with the implementation of the Decorator pattern. The description of the practical implementation of the Framework that generates the program code on the data flow diagram compiled by the user is presented in this work. The created prototype Framework is designed in the MVC style, supports its own data storage format. It is controlled from the browser and can be used to create desktop data processing applications in various fields of activity.
