Status and Prospects of Development Vacuum High Voltage Commuting, Devices for Modern Electronic Systems

The paper contains the carried out analysis of technical documentation on the development and design of foreign and domestic vacuum high-voltage switching devices (VHVSD) for modern radio-electronic systems (RES). It is shown that in Russia at present the only developer and manufacturer ofVHVSD is NIIEMP, JSC, which conducts a big research work on the design and production as part of the import substitution of VHVSDs for modern radio -electronic systems(RES) working in difficult operating conditions. Based on the analysis of the VHVSD consumers applications the main requirements are formulated for the newly developed VHVSD products for various purposes.
