Evaluation of the Safe Operation Time of Centrifugal Pumps on the Selection of Determining Parameters of the Technical Condition Affecting the Residual Resource

The task of assessing the further period of safe operation of centrifugal pumps after determining the actual technical condition at operational technical parameters depending on the influence of the sum of the parameters of the technical condition of the pumping equipment of the oil and gas processing and petrochemical industries is determined. 10 technical and operational indicators of centrifugal pumps were selected, and the assessment was carried out using the indicator-residual life of centrifugal pumps. The authors designed a mathematical model, determined the diagnostic coefficients and the information content of the indicator for each period established by the expert. An algorithm for assessing the subsequent term of safe operation of centrifugal pumps, taking into account the informational measures of Kullback is proposed. The residual resource values are obtained that go beyond the framework of the constructed model. Conclusions are drawn about the possibilities of using the developed algorithm to solve problems associated with extending the safe life of centrifugal pumps in the oil refining and petrochemical industries.
