Development and Operations - the Modern Paradigm of the Work of IT Project Teams

It is formed the concept of DevOps as an innovative paradigm for the formation and operation of teams for the IT project implementation. Such an approach facilitates the rapid and reliable creation, testing and implementation of advanced information and technological products for industrial exploitation and it is based on building the productive cooperation between all members of the project team. The benefits of this technology are the implementation of the concept of shared responsibility, transparency and faster feedback as well as it is a reliable basis for the operation of the DevOps highperformance team. The peculiarities of the intellectual system development of higher education institution management at Lviv Polytechnic National University have been analyzed, based on the application of common scientific and methodological principles and several requirements.
