The Sign Translator Information System for Tourist

The project of mobile application that will help Ukrainian deaf people to communicate `on the go' in tourist purposes easily without support from other people - “Tourist sign translation system” is described in the paper. The method of the translation Ukrainian Sign Language based on concept dictionary is used. This method consists of the following steps: entering the sentence, separating on concepts and common words, using algorithm of translation, taking into account the word order in the sentence, using avatar representation or real human videos representation of signs. The architecture of the translation Ukrainian Sign Language tourist mobile application is developed. Tasks that require further research are defined.
