Meta-cognitive Neural Networks for Adaptive Identification and Control

In this paper, we demonstrate the usage of Meta-cognitive Neural Networks in the identification and control of nonlinear dynamical systems. The algorithm for Meta-cognitive Neural Network with Online Sequential Learning Algorithm and Backpropagation as the cognitive elements has been explained and a comparative analysis of the improvement brought about by the use of Meta-Cognition over other neural network learning methods has been presented.
