Laser Instrument Correction System for Robotic Surgery

The problem described in this paper is the need to ensure the required power of the laser tool in a particular place in space to ensure high accuracy and minimally invasiveness. The use of a robotic-assisted complex allows the development of an automatic control system that, having data on the parameters of the laser used, data on the type of tissue being treated, the surgeon's intentions and the stereo video sequence, will correct the distance from the optical fiber boundary to the patient's tissue, minimizing the size of the laser spot. The analysis of the problem was carried out, the methods of solution were selected. Based on the selected methods, a block diagram of the system has been developed for its further implementation.
