Mathematical Assessment of Uncertainty in Strategic Potential of Electrotechnical Industry

The article describes the method of mathematical assessment of uncertainty in the strategic management of an electrotechnical enterprise. A set of technogenic risk factors in the activities of the enterprise of electrotechnical industry is identified. On the basis of the identified set of risk factors, a game-theoretic model for predicting the impact of risks on the management process of the electrotechnical enterprise was implemented, on the basis of which an indicator was developed for assessing the technogenic risk of the strategic potential of the electrotechnical enterprise as a mathematical expectation of a discrete random variable. The probability of occurrence of a risk event is proposed to be determined using expert assessments.
