Evaluation of the Results of E-Learning practice in Russia and Prospects for Its Development

The paper presents the analysis of e-learning technologies adoption in the higher education environment in Russia and advanced countries. Online study grows rapidly in the modern world. This area of higher education in Russia does not currently exceed the global growth rate but is developing rapidly, especially in external programs and advanced training.
