Directions of Strategic Development of the Information Society in Modern Russia

The article presents a study of the structure and content of the “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” program, as well as approaches for its implementation in order to ensure the systematic development and implementation of digital technologies in all areas of life in modern Russia. In addition, forms of strategic development that are relevant to the new information society are presented with a detailed justification of the consequences in the information application of each.
