A cascaded line imager using single-pixel detectors

This paper introduces a cascaded single-pixel line imager. Single-pixel detectors in the imager has potential application in any wavelength at a low cost and in small scale. Experimental results with a row of 12 white LEDs are presented in this paper, and 2D results of 40 LEDs array are also presented to demonstrating its potential use in 2D imaging.
