Optimization of Complex Dynamic Objects Survey Procedure

The optimization of express estimation of complex dynamic objects nowadays often are used principles of the information theory. It is true as far as the behavior of the object under study is random. Recently, it is observed that the creation of a new approach is frequently based on the implementation of the entropy measure and permutation encoding. It can be used as information for the survey procedure of the complex dynamic cyber-physical system as well. It is done the survey algorithm description and it's illustrated example.
