Reliability Tolerance Analysis of WPT System Based on Series-Parallel Compensation

In magnetic resonance wireless power transmission system, electronic components are affected by manufacturing process and actual working environment. There will be random errors between actual parameters and nominal values. Small changes in the parameters of electronic components in the circuit of magnetically coupled power transmission system will also cause great interference to the output characteristics. In this paper, LTspice software is used for Monte Carlo analysis and Worst Case Circuit analysis. Selecting the corresponding parameters of different electronic components with different accuracy and adjusting the switching frequency in SP system can improve the stability and reliability of the output characteristics of the system. Based on the proposed theory, a 300W test prototype was built. Simulation and experimental results prove that the stability of the output characteristics of the WPT system can be improved by tolerance analysis.
