Visual level optimization for a device for detecting clandestine connections in low voltage lines in Lima-Perú

Currently, the Distribution Company Governor of Lima North has low symbolic electrical networks with aerial and underground connections with an extension of 12,836. Four kilometers and with an energy loss of 8.24%. The company has carried out 128,000 inspections with which it has been able to invoice 50 GWh, however, a high incidence of electrical fraud has been found through clandestine or unauthorized connections, which are hidden causing non-technical losses, which are detected through the flow detectors, but have deficiencies in the accuracy for detection. This is why we propose the design of a reliable electrical flow meter system to improve the problems affected by a LED light sequence circuit, thus giving a more accurate measurement and being able to have control in inspections, as a result is obtained by an excellent implementation of the circuit that was simulated in the proteus software and put into practice in the streets of the city.
