The Development and Application Signal Graphs and Discrete-Continuous Laplace Transform Methods for the Heat Exchangers Characteristics Determining

The comparison was made of two methods proposed by the authors for determining the characteristics of multipoint models of heat exchangers. It is shown that for radiation surfaces and convective surfaces with external boiling or condensing coolant, it is advisable to apply the signal graph method, and for direct-flow and counter-flow convective heat exchangers with single-phase agents, the discrete-continuous Laplace transform has an absolute advantage.
