Output Tracking for a Class of Nonlinear Non-Minimum Phase Systems and Its Applications

In this paper, a new output synthetic method is proposed for a class of nonlinear non-minimum phase systems based on output redefinition. The thought of pole assignment is applied to the determination of new output, so that the influence on output tracking performance which is caused by nonlinear internal dynamics can be weakened. Feedback linearization and non-causal stable inverse are employed to constitute the controller. A general formula of the determination of new output is derived. The method is applied to the acceleration tracking of high-speed tail-controlled missile. The simulation results demonstrate that the controller has consistent performance in the whole working area and the ability to track complex signals.
