Nonlinear optoelectronics in hybrid multilayer heterostructures

We present novel experimental results of improved devices (optoelectronic transistors) and demonstrate their potential as analog photodetectors and modulators with high internal gain, where a Bragg modulator has recently been used as a fiber coupled E-field sensor element for EMC applications.
