Analysis of Indicators of the Integrated System of Personnel Metrics

The article discusses the system of personnel metrics of the enterprise, proposes a classification of personnel metrics, presents a flexible approach to the style and management tools at different stages of the team’s efficiency, gives an approach to the use of fuzzy logic to implement this approach in the enterprise.
