A Model Representation Apporach Based on Computational Characteristics for Disaster Monitoring

Resources related to remote sensing data, computing and models are scattered all over the world. On-demand computing for disaster monitoring applications with remote sensing data begins with modelling. In order to achieve an integrated description process based on modelling, management, and distributed computing, this paper researches on discovering and analyzing the computational characteristics among a wide variety of disaster monitoring algorithms and proposes a hierarchical mapping approach to a model description. Finally, an example is given to explain the description process of this method proposed.
