Abstract:

The patterns of the dynamics of the errors of serial analog temperature sensors have been established. The hardware-and-software method to increase the accuracy of serial analog temperature sensors has been proposed. The regularity of changes in the errors of serial analog temperature sensors has been established. The type and parameters of the simplified parametric equation, which is obtained on the basis of the Steinhart-Hart equation for the analog temperature sensor KY013, have been detected. When conducting experimental studies, it was found that in the temperature range from 10 to 40°C regulated for greenhouse production, the use of a KY-013 sensor provides an absolute measurement error no more than ±0.20°C. The possibility of introduction and application of these sensors in real technological processes of enterprises has also been substantiated. The scientific novelty of the results obtained consists in determining the type and parameters of the empirical calibration equation for the analog temperature sensor. The practical significance of the results lies in the improvement of the automated method of calibration of modern low-cost analog temperature sensors.
