Anten’it: A Hardware for Antenna Design and Education

There are some kits aiming to teach some of the antenna parameters such as polarization, reflection coefficient, gain etc. in antenna laboratory lectures, but these kits does not have the capability of teaching antenna design. Anten’it [1] is a patent pending Antenna Design Hardware which allows building many types of antennas with different configurations of cells. The cells are mainly in brick form, so the students can easily design many types of antennas at many different frequencies and learn how to design antennas. Conventional antenna design is done via computer electromagnetic modelling (CEM) software’s and the outputs are realized via machining. Anten’it provides to design antennas directly in front of a Network Analyzer by locating the cells.
