The Influence of Limiting Factors on the Multi-junction Mixed Mode

In this work we study multi junction photocells mixed mode (Tandem and dichroic). We consider associations with particular materials such as Ga

for a device of five cells paired 1 by 2 by 2 by a dichroic mirror. The modelling of each system (The independent system and electrical coupling system) allows highlighting the influence limiting factors (Parallel resistance and series resistance on photo-currents and cell outputs).
