Test Method for SADA’s Servo Control System of China Space Station

The Solar Array Drive Assembly (SADA) is used to drive flexible solar cell wings for day orientation and to deliver solar power to spacecraft. Due to the large size and low frequency of the solar cell wing, it is difficult to test the servo control system of SADA under the ground gravity environment. This paper introduces the related work of ground semi-physical servo control test of the China Space Station (CSS), including the scheme, working principle and flexible dynamics model of the test system. The typical working case was tested, the test data was analyzed, and the various indicators met the design requirements.
