A Non-Linear Regression Model to Estimate the Number of Defects for Software Testing Phase

Mathematical model, confidence and prediction intervals of multivariate non-linear regression to estimate the number of defects in software developed in Java and PHP for testing phase are built on the basis of Johnson's multivariate normalizing transformation. Comparison of the built model with other regression models based on univariate transformations is performed.
