optimization of Network and Scattering Parameters of Microstrip Structure

A rigorous electrodynamic analysis of microstrip junction using the Green function method is performed. Closed analytical formulas for components of electric field vector are derived. The unknown coefficients in respective series are determined by contemporaneous analytical and numerical integration. The values of network and scattering parameters are determined for the structures with optimal geometry and dielectric constant of substrate.
