User Attitude Analysis in the Academic Information System

One way that institutions can do to deliver information and provide services to students is by using the Academic Information System (AIS). The acceptance of AIS as one of the information technology is determined by the user attitude. Analysis of user attitude in this research was carried out using UTAUT2. The results of this research show that the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, and habit variables influenced on the behavior intention variable, while the social influence and price value variables did not have an influence. This research also showed that the facilitating condition and habit variables influenced the use behavior variable, while the behavior intention variable has no influence.
