Low Frequency extrapolation for the FDTD method

The Finite Difference Time Domain method is well-known for its efficiency in the resolution of electromagnetic coupling problem. Its main relevant drawback is the number of iterations needed to perform a low-frequency calculation and therefore the important computational resources. In the purpose to overcome this issue, an application of the Matrix Pencil method to extrapolate a signal at low frequencies is proposed in this article. This solution is proposed with a complete methodology to define all the key parameters in a robust manner in order to incorporate this process to industrial uses.
