Optimization Design of Protective Clothing Thickness Based on Finite Difference

Aiming at the optimization problem of the thickness of heat resistant materials, the heat transfer model is established by combining the Fourier heat conduction theorem. The new model is constrained by the temperature required for the protective suit in a high temperature working environment to obtain a recursive inequality set. Due to the complexity of the solution to partial differential equations, the discretization of partial differential equations, combined with finite difference, is used to solve the optimal thickness of protective clothing by computer simulation. Finally, the stability of the understanding is analyzed. It provides an analytical idea and research method for the future research on the optimization of heat-resistant protective clothing thickness.
