Design of LC Band-Pass Filters Using Optimization

The filter directly affects the performance of communication system. Insertion loss is an important indicator of filter design. The traditional filter of LC is usually designed without considering the resistance of inductance and capacitance, which leads to a large deviation of results between simulation and physical test, and also leads to cumbersome debugging. An improved optimization design method for LC bandpass filter is proposed. With the consideration of LC component loss resistance, the circuit is simulated and optimized by ADS. Compared with the traditional method, the performance of the filter is improved, and the debugging process is simplified.
