Development of Comprehensive Decision Support System for the Binary Batch Distillation Column Pilot Plant using PHYTHON

We have binary batch packed column distillation pilot plant. That plant is controlled by various controllers that is local, master and virtual controllers. Local controller is PLC(schnider electric M340), Remote controller is controllogix PLC and virtual PLC and DCS.Remote controllers are master controllers. Lot of sensors, transmitters, switches, actuators are installed on the pilot plant. To ensure the good performance of the plant that must be in healthy condition, so we have to care about them. After runing the plant excel sheet is generated that contain reading of all the parameters. We have to work with data in excel sheet and find the data interdependency between different parameters on plant. In that paper we are plotting the graph of each parameter with respect to time.we use machine learning approach to predict the unknown parameter by using PYCHARM as IDE and PYTHON as language. The main aim of that is we have to decide weather plant is run to next batch or not or weather admin can give access to student for running plant or not. That permission follows lot of other questions also.
